Placing the right property with the right provider.
Placement is our core service. We take a provider’s requirement — or a landlord’s property — and manage the match, the introduction, the viewing and the negotiation through to an agreed lease or completed purchase.
What the service covers.
For supported-living providers, landlords and agents, housing associations and councils and developers.
Requirements first
Every search starts from a written requirement: areas, property type, layout, access, client group in broad terms, budget and timing.
Matching and checks
We match stock against requirements and record what is verified, what is stated and what still needs checking — planning use, licensing, certificates and title.
Introductions and viewings
Introductions happen only when both sides want to proceed. We coordinate viewings and keep a record of feedback.
Terms to completion
We help agree heads of terms and keep solicitors, landlords and providers moving until the lease is signed or the purchase completes.
Four kinds of property, each with its own questions.
Providers rarely ask for “a house”. They ask about access, rooms, planning use and space for staff. These are the things we check first.

- Communal kitchen and lounge space
- HMO licence — stated by the landlord, or verified
