CareKey was set up to place supported-living property properly. Too many providers lose months to landlords who back out, buildings that can’t be used as planned and agents who don’t understand what a service needs.
We work directly with registered providers, landlords, developers and housing partners, and stay with every placement and C2 planning instruction from the first conversation to the signed lease.

Placement, not listing
We stay with each introduction until the lease is signed or the purchase completes. Finding a building is the start, not the job.
Stated is not verified
Planning use, licensing and certificates are recorded exactly as supplied, and marked verified only when we hold the evidence.
Planning early
Whether a building can lawfully be used as planned is checked before anyone commits, not after.
Both sides informed
Providers, landlords and partners always know what has happened, what happens next and who is doing it.
